For the Part-Time Contract; shifts will be agreed based on availability. However shifts must be at least 7.5 hours per day with at least one weekend shift of 6 hours. For the Full-Time Contract; shifts are on a 7 day shift pattern that rotates over a 4 week period, which will include working at weekends and bank holidays when required. As we are a 24/7, 365 days per year service, our contact centre is open on bank holidays (including Christmas) – so you need to be prepared to work some bank holidays to help operate a successful service over our busy times of year.
