Your new role
My client is seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join their friendly, vibrant & supportive office as a full-time administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team and ensuring the smooth running of the office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and emails and redirecting them to the appropriate person
- Filing and maintaining documents and records
- Coordinating meetings and appointments
- Assisting with invoicing and purchase orders
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
- Providing general support to the team as required

What you'll need to succeed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrator or in a similar role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
