My client is a highly reputable organisation locally looking to recruit a permanent Admissions Office to join their team.
This role is a permanent position that operates term time only (plus 4 weeks to be worked at times to be agreed) in the Cheltenham area. The role is 30 hours per week to be worked between core hours of 8am – 5.30pm and is a great opportunity for someone looking to work part-time especially if you have a family as this would fit perfectly around the school year!
The role is to ensure the smooth running of the entire admissions process for initial inquiry to the beginning all the way through.
To be suitable for the role you will be:
– confident in your communication skill both face-to-face and on the phone
– highly organised and able to prioritise a busy workload
– experience in administration and customer service
– able to use your own initiative when the number of inquiries coming in drops
