About the Role
+ A creative individual, you will expertly craft anything our VIP customers and crew request, from traditional English tea to your own innovative cocktail recipes!
+ We have a fabulous VIP terminal, you will use your perfectionism, imagination and originality to guarantee a glamorous and discrete business/leisure lounge for the customer. From making new drinks, decorating the lounge or bar, to creating new and exciting bar menus – this is your area to make amazing!
+ Building professional relationships with your regular customers and crews will be expected, anticipating their needs and continuously exceeding their expectations
+ Visitors to our boardroom will also need to be well served. You should be attentive to provide them with as much or as little time they need to exceed their expectations when visiting our terminal.
+ Being 5-Star means superior hygiene standards, you will be accountable for making sure they are maintained
+ To make all of this happen we need to right supplies, you will be accountable for making sure we have sufficient stock levels and on the lookout for new exciting products to try.
+ As the resident bar expert and drinks creator extraordinaire you should have some knowledge of cocktails or beverages. We are open to hearing about how you have gained your expertise, through your travels, previous bar work first-hand experiences or anything in-between!
+ You will live and breathe amazing service delivery. You should demonstrate to us that you deliver excellent customer service and maintaining confidential information
+ Relationships with customers, crew and co-workers are essential in our industry, you should show your ability to build professional working relationships and go above and beyond for everyone you work with
+ Sometimes there is a lot going on… with multiple customers in multiple rooms, you will need to show us you can multi task, keeping up the 5-star service regardless. Other times will be quieter so you will need motivation to drive improvements and fantastic standards forward
+ Our customers are everything and need us 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. Whilst your shifts will remain fixed and be provided well in advance, it would be advantageous if you were flexible in your working hours and willing to earn a bit of extra cash from working overtime occasionally
+ Our customers come from all over the world, any additional languages would be an advantage for building relationships – although this is not essential so please still apply if you are not wonderfully bilingual!
