Our Client is a well-established leading charity providing support within sexual health and HIV. They have various locations through the UK where support can be provided. They are currently looking to recruit a Clinical Supervisor and Trainer to deliver clinical induction training, nationally. This role is offered as a part-time (21 hours), temporary position until March 2020.
As their Clinical Supervisor and Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering assistant practitioner training on Sexually Transmitted Infections, support the Director with the clinical and safeguarding aspects whilst processing staff assessments and clinical supervision across the charity. Reporting to the Director of Clinical and Safeguarding, you will provide clinical support to Frontline staff through various means including both face-to-face and digital platforms to ensure continued safe practice and compliance.
To be successful for this position, you will need to have relevant experience in working within sexual health, with a competent understanding of HIV. Experience of delivering training and supervision, managing staff performances, ability and willingness to travel across the UK is also required. Excellent communication and ability to work with a range of employees across the organisation is essential as is a relevant Care assistant qualification or equivalent.
