Reed Accountancy are partnered with a well-established organisation who are seeking a Finance Assistant to join their team on a Temp – Perm basis. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will gain hands-on experience across the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and wider Transactional Finance Functions.
As Finance Assistant responsibilities will include:
? Supporting the wider Accounts Receivable team in day-to-day activities? Registering invoices, credit and debit note queries on SAP? Managing incoming calls from internal and external customers? Supply copy invoices and statements? Providing cover for the Sales Ledger Administrator and Senior Credit Controller? Reporting any IT issues and process failures that affecting the running of the function? Having great system knowledge of SAP and Excel
