About the role:
As our client implements its Business Strategy it is a busy time for all in the organisation and this role is crucial to ensure their line managers and staff are supported in full with all HR matters.
As a HR Support Desk Adviser you will provide professional first-line support to managers and staff on all areas of HR policy and process. Communicating by telephone and email, you will give up to date HR policy guidance across the organisation. You will carry out a variety of transactional HR tasks and administrative duties.
To be successful in this role you will be educated to GCSE level or equivalent and will have good working knowledge of policy and procedure in at least one area of HR. Excellent customer service skills are a must and proven ability to communicate effectively with staff of all grades.
It is desirable that you have a CIPD Level 3 qualification, although they will support you if you wish to achieve this as part of your development.
