Are you immediately available and have the ability to commit to an immediate HR opportunity based in the Penrith area? I am currently working for a developing organisation seeking a skilled HR Advisor on an interim basis for approximately 2 months. This developing and progressive business are looking for additional HR support due to business increase and have the flexibility and opportunity to allow the right HR candidate to join the organisation both on an part-time or full time basis.
Your new role
Supporting the HR Manager with a variety of HR Generalist responsibilities as well as various HR projects. This will include managing general employee relations queries, questions and providing basic HR advice, supporting with recruitment, on-boarding and recruitment processes/procedures. Other tasks include support with a potential business re-structure, TUPE both in and out and some re-organisation across the UK business.
What you’ll need to succeed
Previous HR experience, the ability to commit with immediate effect and preferably a CIPD level 3 qualification band above. This role will be offered a flexible basis with the option of working part-time or full-time (Monday – Friday).
