We’re looking for you to help us for an interim period to cover one of our HR Business Partners who is due to go maternity leave in the new year. Working 30 hours a week, this could be worked over 4 or 5 days.

The successful candidate will work as part of our small HR Business Partner & Advisory team, whilst also being an integral partner to the business unit(s) they support. They will be a true HR Business partner and generalist HR practitioner. Supporting the business unit(s) in everything from recruitment and retention, workforce planning, change programmes to ER, workforce information, and policy advice. They will also support the delivery of pan-organisational projects to support the implementation of the workforce strategy for Bromley Healthcare.
Based in Orpington, Kent, but covering sites throughout the borough of Bromley, therefore you must be flexible and able to travel – driving licence and car are preferred for this role.
It is essential that applicants possess the Level 7 CIPD qualification, applicants who apply and do not have the level 7 CIPD will NOT be shortlisted.
