Interim HR Advisor Job, Part-time, 3 days a week, 35k.

You will be working for a globally recognised information provider for professional and business customers based in the heart of London.
Your new role
As a part-time interim HR Advisor, you will be working closely with the Senior HR Business Partner to provide a first-class service within this corporate function. You’ll be managing the recruitment processes start to finish within the company, ensure HR systems are maintained and produce reports from the systems on HR related matters. You will be expected to provide concise and informative written reports. You will maintain strong relationships with the stakeholders whilst constantly providing support and assistance to managers on the compensation process anytime throughout the year. You will be advising on ER cases which could include disciplinary and grievances.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will have experience within a commercial co-operate business where you have support a small but senior head office population. You will have previously advised experienced line managers on procedures and will have proven experience in ER issues. You will also be familiar with dealing with queries within the business and concluding the importance of these requests and if they need further support.
To succeed in this role, you need have up to date knowledge of employment legislation. You need to be a self-starter who is comfortable within a co-operate environment engaging with senior professionals and directors. You will need to be persistent and independently be able to balance a busy workload with minimal direction. You will need to be CIPD qualified or equivalent. You will preferably have strong IT skills and some knowledge of systems including Taleo, PeopleSoft and/or Workday or similar systems. You will be immediately available to start on a 3 day a week basis and able to commit until December.
