This is an established service that has expanded in response to the SEND reforms, working to support children with substantial disabilities and multiple needs. You will receive monthly supervision in a friendly and supportive team, with excellent learning and development opportunities and twice-yearly continuing professional development reviews, and the chance to further your career. You must have a degree in social work/Occupational Therapy or equivalent, be registered with the HCPC and be able to fulfil the travel requirements of the post.
