ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a new role in our London Studio and the purpose of the role is to provide effective and efficient organisational and administrative support to a Director and the London team of approximately 20 people. You will report jointly into one of our Directors who is based in London and our HR Manager who is based in Norwich. You will be working with a vibrant and creative team who are hardworking and committed to exceptional design and providing the very best service to our clients.
The role is part-time on a basis to be agreed but ideally 20-25 hours over 4-5 days a week.
The key responsibilities of the role are:
Reception and front of house duties
PA duties to Director
Hospitality including setting up meetings, arranging refreshments and managing meeting room bookings
Point of contact for landlord agents, maintenance contractors and suppliers
Monitoring and ordering office supplies
Team administrative support including booking accommodation and travel, typing, formatting, printing and binding documents
Document control assistance – uploading and downloading drawings and documents and producing document registers
You will need to demonstrate the following skills:
Previous experience in an administrative or office co-ordination role
Excellent organisation skills, personal efficiency and the ability to multi-task and prioritise competing demands
Highly self-motivated with enthusiasm and drive to complete tasks
Professional and approachable
Team player who is comfortable working as part of a multi-disciplinary team with a collaborative approach in order to build positive and successful working relationships
Excellent Microsoft Office skills; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite would be an advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
