Office Co-ordinator (Part -Time 25 hours a week)
A part-time Office Co-ordinator is needed to join an exciting and growing digital consultancy based in St Albans. If you have plenty of office experience and are looking for a part-time role, this could be an ideal role.
This role is to work approx. 25 hours a week over 5 days.
Employing over 40 people this fast growing, award-winning agency is a Google, Microsoft, EPiServer, Sitecore and Kentico Partner who works at the forefront of the digital industry. Since 1995 their strategic, creative and technical solutions have assisted leading businesses (Metro Bank, Landmark Trust, NSPCC and Age UK to name just a few) develop highly effective and engaging online experiences. The Office Co-ordinator will be making sure the office runs smoothly, providing support to the Leadership and Management team.
The Office Co-ordinator will enjoy a varied workload from booking and arranging meetings with client and business contacts, meeting and greeting visitors, managing details for internal meetings, booking travel arrangements, answering switchboard calls, managing team expenses, managing the office supplies through to organising staff social events and perks to organising marketing events. Whatever the task is, the Office Co-ordinator will be fundamental in making sure the office and support function runs smoothly for this busy agency.
