Reed Oxford are delighted to be partnering with a publishing media based client in Oxford, for the recuitment of a Part-time Office Coordinator to join their team. They will be responsible for the running and maintenance of the office environment and ensuring it is functioning efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities in brief include:

  • Managing all maintenance
  • Liasing with suppliers
  • Liase with HR to ensure policies and procedures are being met
  • Respond to emergency enquiries
  • Input purchase orders on sage
  • Liase with accounts department regarding payments and purchases

The Office Coordinator will have previous administration experience and will be a professional communicator both written and verbal. They will have had some previous PO experience and ideally have used Sage.

The client is flexible with working hours spread across either four days or five days and would look at someone considering a part-time role between 25-28 hours per week.

Salary: up to around £26785.71 (pro rata)
