We have an exciting opportunity available for a Part Time Office Manager based in High Wycombe.
The main purpose of the role will be to oversee the smooth running of the office and support the marketing team. The role will require someone with strong organisation, communication and Microsoft office skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously and responsively.
Ensuring the offices are kept clean and tidy. Manage contracts with cleaners and liaise as required.
Support the Head of Operations in the day to day management of the IT support.
Ensure the new starter and leaver processes run smoothly.
Answering incoming calls and ensure calls are transferred.
Work with the landlord and escalate any concerns or issues to the Head of Operations.
Ensure the office space complies with Health and Safety requirements.
Maintain adequate Kitchen/Bathroom/First Aid/Drinking Water supplies – where necessary
Incoming post/outgoing post (including franking machine).
Ensure all stationary supplies are maintained.
Ensure copiers are kept in working order and liaise with maintenance supplier as necessary.
General assistance to other areas of the business where required.
Maintain the CRM system – keep contact details up to date and capture any conversations with members, Landlords etc.
Adhoc duties as required.
Experience and Skills:
Confident in the use of IT and good working skills in the usual Microsoft applications
Previous experience of managing contractors would be a benefit
Professional and presentable
Able to work independently and on own initiative
Hours: 20 Hours per week – ideally split over 5 days
