As an Office Secretary you will play a crucial role in supporting senior directors with the business support function, bringing your experience to manage a varying workload with key departments. Location: Birmingham

Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00

Salary: £25,000 -£27,000

Full time, permanent - office based.

The role:

  • Ensuring that all internal documents are accurate, up-to-date, and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Responding to emails, letters, and other correspondence on behalf of the company, ensuring that all communications are professional and timely.
  • Keeping accurate records of all company activities, including financial transactions, employee records, and other important information.
  • Assisting other members of the team with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Taking minutes for staff related meetings, following up with correspondence to the directors.
  • Any other ad hoc needs to support the business as directed by senior management.

The ideal candidate:

  • Must have strong attention to detail
  • Must have confident telephone manner.
  • Must have good working knowledge of Microsoft excel and word.
  • Takes pride in work and appearance.
  • Experienced office administrator.
  • Energy with an ability to work under pressure.
