Oracle eBusiness Suite Functional Support Analyst
The appointment will be on UCL Grade 8
The salary range will be £43,884 to £51,769 per annum, inclusive of London Allowance
UCL are seeking an experienced Oracle eBusiness Suite functional expert to provide 2nd line support and lead on continuously improving existing financials modules. This is an excellent opportunity for you to put eBusiness Suite functional expertise to good use to improve and transform the customer experience for all UCL’s Oracle eBusiness Suite users.
You will have overall responsibility for the support and improvement of the Oracle Accounts Payable, Purchasing and iProcurement modules. You will provide effective, efficient module improvements and enhancement and module maintenance, monitoring and support. Clear, standardised documentation, including specifications, configuration and test documentation with accurate, documented system testing are also required.
You will report into the Finance Applications Support and Improvement Team Lead and must work collaboratively with other colleagues, including technical teams, business teams and end users.
Expert knowledge of Oracle eBusiness Suite financials modules, preferably Accounts Payable and iProcurement but also other modules such as PO, GL, AR, Grants or Projects, Fixed Assets, iExpenses and EBiz Tax are required. You should have strong interpersonal communication skills and be able to engage with stakeholders at different organisational levels.
