Title: Part Time Recruitment Office Administrator
Salary: Up to £22K pro rata DOE
Hours: Circa 16-20 hours per week (Ideally across 4 days)
Established back in 2016, The Recruiters Room was the brain-child of two former colleagues, both Senior Permanent Recruiters, who tirelessly worked alongside each other, successfully fulfilling ad-hoc through to volume recruitment needs for local businesses, predominantly in the Berkshire, Surrey and Hampshire areas.
With a combined 20+ years’ experience and possessing successful careers in local, national and international recruitment companies, it seemed that the time was right to use these skills and experience to start a business and “The Recruiters Room” was born!
Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for an experienced Administrator to join and support our work-hard, play-hard team of 2. The role will be part-time with the potential of more hours as the role develops. Working hours required to be discussed at interview.
As we are a very small business, we are ideally looking for a candidate who understands the ever-changing needs of such a business. We are looking for someone who can show-willing, offer flexibility, embrace tasks with a positive approach and demonstrate a pro-active style to working.
We will offer you the ability to make this role your own and are always very open to new ideas that will support the business growth.
The role will involve supporting more of the operations side of the business which include (but not limited to) the following duties:
