Part-time HR Support Assistant
20 hours per week (hours by negotiation)
Contract – 3 months+ (immediate start)

Our client, Fife’s leading Sports and Leisure provider is seeking to appoint a versatile and professional HR Support Assistant to provide clerical support and assist with administrative duties to allow the HR Service to deliver a professional, high quality and customer focused service.
Point of contact for Leisure Centres, Corporate Services, employees and applicants requesting recruitment, procedure or system information and general advice.
Provide full admin support for recruitment, assist managers with organising recruitment campaigns and interviews.
Ensure that all relevant pre-employment checks have been completed correctly.
Type reports, agenda, minutes, documents and correspondence using MS Word and e-mail facilities.
Prepare/maintain spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations and databases as required
Assist as required in the arrangement and organisation of diary appointments for events and meetings covering dates, times, availability of participants, hospitality and ensure venue suitability availability and preparation, etc.
Undertake general duties such as mail processing, filing, photocopying, scanning or faxing of documents and any subsequent compilation, binding or packaging of information for presentations
Input and retrieve information onto and from a variety of manual and/or computer systems, including I Trent.
Design and maintain appropriate document/file/information storage and retrieval schemes to allow ready access.
Research, develop and suggest new systems and procedures to improve the support services provided to colleagues
Take responsibility for particular pieces of routine project work.
Assist with the maintenance of Service information on the FSLT’s intranet site and Myjobscotland vacancy portal
Provide a telephone/reception service for colleagues.
