This highly successful, multi-national company who have enjoyed incredible growth over the last few years are now looking to expand their Payroll and HR function.
Your new role
Supporting the HR Manager you will take specific responsibility for processing all employee time sheets, ensuring overtime and bonus calculations are accurate. You will also be responsible for the administration of the company pension and benefits schemes. Alongside these key duties you will provide crucial admin support to the HR Manager, maintaining databases, preparing documents, updating records, processing starters and leavers.
The role is for 15 to 18 hours a week and the working hours pattern can be flexible.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will ideally have prior knowledge of processing payroll and employee records.
You will be highly numerate, accurate and have a good eye for detail.
You will enjoy being in a busy environment and in a role that will evolve and develop over time.
It would be beneficial if you had strength in IT and would be keen to undertake a specific payroll & IT systems project.
What you’ll get in return
You will be offered a permanent contract, a salary of up to £19,000 pro rata across the 15 to 18 hours worked. You will also receive 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, an excellent company pension scheme and additional health care and voucher discount benefits.
