I am proud to be recruiting for a highly regarded business based East of Ipswich who due to growth are seeking additional support in their Payroll team.
Your new role
Reporting into the Payroll manager you will have ownership for a payroll for up to 500 employees. This part-time role will ideally be worked over 3 full days but there may be flexibility around this for the right candidate. An exciting opportunity you will also be involved in the development and streamlining of their current processes and procedures. Although this position will be starting on a part-time basis, there is potential for the role to be made full-time as further payrolls are handed over and additional duties will be required.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will have experience in high volume end-to-end payroll including starters, leavers, holiday and absences. It would be beneficial if you have prior experience in payroll acquisition and are familiar with a variety of different payroll software packages. In addition to this and in order to fit well into the team, you will be able to demonstrate great organisational skills and a pro-active nature.
