In this role you’ll work with colleagues within our Implementation team and in other teams across the organisation to make sure our School Leadership programmes can be delivered to an exceptional quality across all of our regions. You’ll play a critical role making sure we do strong recruitment, on-boarding and retention of schools to our programmes. You’ll be confident communicating at all levels and proactively identify opportunities to enhance our way of delivering work.

This is a fixed-term, part-time (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday) role until 31 March 2021. You can be based at any of our regional offices.
