Hours of Work: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (part-time considered)
echelon Consultancy delivers procurement consultancy services and specialises in strategic projects, primarily in the field of asset management, for clients in the affordable housing sector.
echelon has a subsidiary company, Pretium Frameworks, which delivers flexible framework solutions to the same sector and beyond.
As the Project Coordinator for echelon, and specifically, Pretium, you will be an ambassador for the business, driving change and providing our clients with the confidence that their requirements will be met and managed effectively and expertly. Working as the right-hand person to the Project Manager to ensure all documentation produced for all framework projects is accurate and relevant and the priorities of each project timeline are met.

Exceptional written English demonstrating the ability to proofread with accuracy.
Effective time management with the ability to prioritise tasks and to work independently with minimal managerial supervision, and able to set exact priorities and deadlines.
A clear communicator, confident and persuasive in liaising with team members, customers and suppliers.
Resourceful with a focus on deliverance of service within timescales, always looking to challenge and improve processes for the benefit of the team.
Resolution driven, always striving for a positive response and delivery of options to customer’s constraints.
Motivated and embracing of change, working effectively to tight deadlines regardless of possible setbacks.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a project focussed or professional services environment.
Proficient user of MS Office software.
Demonstrable experience of manging multiple priorities at any one time.
Knowledge of the Housing Sector and operation of frameworks would an advantage but not essential.
GSCE Maths Grade C or above and GSCE English Language Grade A (or recognised equivalent qualification)
Business Administration NVQ or similar qualification would be advantageous
Full valid driving licence
