Job Title: Full-Time Senior Healthcare Assistant
Location: Care Home, Addlestone (Surrey)
Salary: 14 per hour, 36 hours per week, working alternative weekends
About the Role:
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will assist with daily activities, providing residents with physical and emotional support and personal care. Responsibilities include overseeing the shift, assigning tasks to care assistants, and updating residents care plans to meet changing needs. The Senior Care Assistant will ensure team members are appropriately trained and supervised, and will communicate professionally with visitors, family members, and healthcare professionals.

About You: We are seeking compassionate individuals with leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, good judgment, and effective communication skills.
Successful candidates must have:
- Current residency in the UK with a valid right to work
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care qualification
- At least one year s experience in long-term care, assisted living, or healthcare
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Medication administration training or a willingness to undertake training if required
- Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel
