Brook Street (UK) Ltd are currently recruiting a Service Support Administrator on behalf of our Belfast-based client.
Reporting to the Administrative Services Manager your primary role will be to support the Service Team in the delivery of high-quality services to clients and customers.
This role is based in a caring and sensitive environment where professional mental health services are provided to clients in need of assistance and therefore requires a professional, caring and understanding person to take control of the front-of-house duties and to ensure that those who they are in direct contact with feel at ease and are treated with dignity and respect.
This role is part-time permanent (32 hours per week). Candidates must be able to demonstrate the flexibility to work occasional evenings & weekends, three GCSEs at grade C or above including English & Maths, and a minimum of 1 years experience in an administrative / customer service role.
The Service Support Administrator will provide a reception service to clients and customers, welcome visitors to the building, ensure that relevant H&S procedures are followed, co-ordinate and schedule service appointments in line with client requirements, build and maintain positive client relationships, deliver an efficient and professional service to internal and external stakeholders, and ensure all information is managed in line with Data protection requirements.
