Whatever your lifestyle preference, we have various shifts available, days or nights, weekends, full time (32.5 hours) or part-time guaranteed hours, or occasional hours.
Your new role:
As a Support Worker you will form part of a vibrant team at Chiltern House who works passionately every day to support and provide independence to the 22 physically disabled adults who use our service at Gerrards Cross. You will provide a high level of tailored, personal care and support, ensuring the needs of the people who use our services are met in positive and creative ways. You’ll assist with daily tasks including personal care, medication and assistance at mealtimes. Encouraging choice and participation on a day to day basis you will enable our customers to attain their full potential, living the life they choose.

Chiltern House is set in lovely surroundings in Gerrards Cross, South Bucks, with a well maintained garden area, activities room, large conservatory area and physio room for the Residents. There is easy access to bus and train routes, Gerrards Cross train station is on the Chiltern Line into London Marylebone, and is positioned close to the thriving high street, with plenty of shops, banks and restaurants. There is also plenty of parking for employees and visitors.
