As a Support Worker, you will make a real difference to residents’ livesas you improve their daily living skills. Passionate about people, you will enjoythe scope and support to enhance your own life and career too, as you gain theexperience and training you need to progress with us.
So,wherewill I work?
You will be based in one of our supported living sites in Tadley. Theservices provide a relaxed and comfortable home for the people wesupport. We support people with a variety of challenges and/orcomplex health needs. You will be working alongside experiencedstaff that will be more than happy to support you to learn the role and to getto know the people you will be supporting.
What will I be doing?
This is a hands-on job in which no two days are the same. Yourduties will include_
What skills and qualities do I need to have?
Whilst knowledge of learning disabilities and complexneeds would be beneficial, it isn’t essential. What is essential is that youare_
This is a 24 hour service, therefore flexibility isessential. You will be working a range of shifts from 7_00/8:00 am to 2_00/3:00pm and 2.00/3:00 pm to 9_00/10:00pm, sleep ins or waking nights, some weekends.
