Kent Fire and Rescue Service (KFRS) has an exciting opportunity available for a Project Delivery Manager to join our team in Maidstone. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £53,480 – £61,028 per annum depending upon experience.

Being a Project Delivery Manager:
As a Project Delivery Manager, you will be managing a team of Project Managers and Business Analysts; ensuring that a broad range of business and technical projects are delivered to time, cost and quality. You will mentor and coach team members to continuously improve project delivery and develop project and business analyst standards to create a centre of excellence.
Working alongside the Portfolio Manager, you’ll inform portfolio prioritisation decisions and provide support to project sponsors on how to resolve project issues and implement effective risk mitigation.
