We have a fantastic opportunity for a Head of Social Business to join our Social Business team. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis in return for a competitive salary of £63,615 per annum working 35 hours per week. This post sits on our Executive Board.

As Head of Social Business, you will lead the team who deliver this social change.
The successful applicant will be required to build strong relationships with a range of partners to build a collective approach to tackling local issues. This will include exploring opportunities for organic growth that builds on BCHG s existing core strengths. Sourcing external funding is a key element to the role and you will have experience in preparing successful bids. This is an exciting role to use your skills, knowledge and professional experience to make a difference to people s lives in our local communities.
The post holder must be highly self-motivated and driven. You will be required to hold strong leadership skills with the ability to engage and motivate individuals at all levels within a flexible and mobile workforce.
