As a Lettings and Property Assistant at Fortuna and Co., you will play a pivotal role in facilitating smooth and efficient operations within our esteemed real estate agency.

This is a flexible work environment, including the option for remote work 2 days a week and 3 days a week from our Kensington Offices. Successful Applicants will get the chance to take part in our One-Week Intensive Lettings and Property Management Training from the 9th of April 2024.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the bridge between tenants and landlords, ensuring seamless communication and utmost satisfaction.
• Coordinate maintenance tasks with precision and finesse, guaranteeing top-notch subcontractor work.
• Expertly manage property accounts and financials, meticulously tracking every detail.
• Oversee rent collections with efficiency and address any arrears promptly and professionally.
• Craft invoices, dispatch statements, and maintain impeccably organized client records.
