Administrator required at HMP Send. Temp to perm opportunity, flexible full time hours, £12.20+ holiday pay
Your new company
We are recruiting for an experienced Administrator to work for HMP Send Women’s prison in Woking. This will be working within their Business Hub department, based on site at the prison, however you will not be in direct contact with any prisoners.
Your new role
As a Business Administrator you will provide administrative support to the prison in the form of data entry and processing of information. The job holder will provide administrative support to the Business Hub maintaining finance, performance and administrative systems within specified timescales for the establishment.
The areas that Business Hub cover, and therefore where you will be providing admin support to, include:
Hours: 37 hours per week
Days: Monday to Friday (flexible working hours)
Holiday: 33 days per annum
Pay: £12.20 per hour plus hourly holiday.

What you’ll need to succeed
We are looking for someone with great attention for detail and good communication skills.
You will need good IT skills, a professional manner, good general administration / PA skills, and have good time management skills.
Any previous Admin experience will be extremely advantageous.
All candidate are subject to HMPPS Security Vetting checks and identity checks prior to taking post.
