We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy Customer Solutions team. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service experience who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle customer enquiries via phone and email.
- Coordinate appointments and support customer accounts.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Manage shared inboxes and maintain accurate customer records.
- Provide professional and timely communication to customers and colleagues.
About You
- Previous customer service experience is essential.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Confident working independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Computer literate, with CRM experience desirable.
- Positive, proactive, and customer-focused approach.
Hours:
Monday to Friday – 37.5 hrs per week
