As a Salesforce Consultant, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing tailored solutions on the Salesforce platform, and implementing strategies to optimize CRM processes. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and provide expert guidance on best practices.

Role & Responsibilities

• Assess business needs and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions
• Customize and configure Salesforce applications to meet specific requirements
• Develop and implement scalable CRM solutions, including workflows, processes, and automation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise
• Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant or Administrator
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Experience Cloud
• Strong understanding of CRM processes and best practices
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Consultant) are a plus
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
