About the Role: As an HR Manager, you’ll be at the helm of managing a dynamic team of HR Advisors/Assistants, partnering with the Site and Leadership teams to ensure top-notch HR practices. Your role will be pivotal in shaping and executing a site people plan, fostering a culture of respect, and driving talent growth across both locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the People and site teams for high performance and motivation.
- Define and deliver a site people plan aligned with industry standards.
- Cultivate a culture of respect, ensuring effective communication within the teams.
- Coach and support the management team and People team for improved performance and talent growth.
- Ensure legal compliance in ER, IR, and Payroll processes.
- Own the recruitment process for temporary and permanent labor supplies.
- Drive talent initiatives, development plans, and succession plans for all colleagues.
- Prioritize Health and Safety while identifying and delivering cost-saving opportunities.
About You:
- CIPD qualified or with equivalent HR management experience.
- Experienced in a fast-paced, agile, and demanding environment (Manufacturing or Logistics preferred).
- Well-versed in employment law with exposure to complex employee relations cases.
- Comfortable in a unionized environment.
- A confident communicator with strong IT skills.
- Flexible in working hours and willing to travel.
