A wonderful opportunity has just arisen for a proven head chef to join this stunning Oxfordshire estate. The operation has a stunning restaurant which offers high end sustainable dishes along with a busy afternoon tea and Sunday lunch trade, along side this there is also a busy event business so the right candidate will need experience in both. The restaurant is only open in the day so apart from 1, 2 max events a week the role will be day hours.

Head Chef – Role

• Excellent management, financial and people skills
• Experience in running fresh food restaurant and banqueting.
• Excellent cooking skills, service standards and a confident, outgoing personality is a must
• A people person with a can do attitude
