They are seeking a customer-focused and innovative leader to join they Revenue Operations team as the Head of Sales and Marketing Digital Operations. In this role, you will bring together Sales and Marketing to drive revenue growth and ensure alignment towards common goals. Your focus will be leading the business change programs inside Sales & Marketing. CPQ, Sales Commissions, Sale Types changes being some of the main projects of work inside FY24.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA is a plus.
  • 4+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing Operations in B2B SaaS companies.
  • Proven experience in building successful digital-first programs with improved adoption and value realization.
  • Strong expertise in data analysis, identifying trends, and translating insights into actionable outcomes.
  • 3+ years of experience building digital first programs with a consistent record of improved adoption and value realisation.
  • Track record of designing compelling stakeholder engagement strategies.
  • Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to articulate strategies and plans effectively.
  • Demonstrated success in cross-functional coordination, planning, execution tracking, and decision making.
