The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Door Engineer to join our team. As a Door Engineer, you will receive a salary package of up to £30,139 along with some amazing benefits and the highest level of training & support. Covering Greater Manchester and the surrounding areas. You’ll be a key player in our mission to deliver top-quality, high-performance entrance solution installations and repairs for our prestigious clients, and represent our global brand. You will have a positive attitude, eagerness to learn new skills, and dedication will make you an invaluable part of our team.

Responsibilities:

• Willing to Undergo a 4-week training period to sharpen your skills and familiarize yourself with our processes.
• Visit customer sites, performing PPM, servicing, fault finding, and testing on various industial door systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service, advising on part replacements and enhancing functionality through upgrades.
• Utilize your logical fault-finding skills to diagnose issues effectively and prevent breakdowns.
• Work independently, managing your time and workload efficiently, while building strong relationships with co-workers and customers.

Qualifications:

• Electrical knowledge and experience with Automatic or Industrial Doors, gates, barriers, turnstiles, docking systems, lifts etc. ideally, however, service & fault-finding expeience will be considered
• Clean driving license (IPAF license advantageous).
• Strong time management and interpersonal skills.
