• Process and manage supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
• Reconcile supplier statements to maintain accurate financial records.
• Handle queries related to accounts payable and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Assist with month-end reporting tasks within the Accounting & Finance department.
• Maintain and update financial records in compliance with organisational policies.
• Support the team in improving and streamlining accounts payable processes.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Contribute to audits by providing necessary documentation and information.

Profile

A successful Accounts Payable professional should have:

• Previous experience in a similar accounts payable role.
• Knowledge of Accounting & Finance principles and processes.
