We are a leading maintenance company based in Mitcham, and we are looking for an experienced administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the maintenance team, ensuring that all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering phone calls and responding to emails
• Scheduling appointments and meetings
• Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance work
• Preparing invoices and purchase orders
• Liaising with suppliers and contractors
• Ensuring that all paperwork is completed accurately and on time

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an administrative role
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
