ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT, TUNBRIDGE WELLS£23,500 + monthly bonus This rewarding Administration Assistant role offers you the chance to play an essential role in keeping the organisation running smoothly.Responsibilities:

• Use our system to update training courses on our website
• Maintain partner compliance documentation
• Add new partners and venues to our system
• Coordinate with training centres for delegate attendance
• Process delegate certifications and manage lists
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail
• Provide support for the sales team and occasional help for accounts.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong communication skills
• At least 2 years of admin experience
• Attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
