Luxury residential development in the heart of Marylebone, London W1 currently searching for an outstanding Assistant day concierge & Doorperson (with valet driver duties).
Rota:4 on, 4 off; 7am – 7pm (Time on shift will be split between the main external entrance door while covering the Doorperson aspect of the position and inside the development, running errands and assisting the Concierge team while covering the Assistant aspect of the role – please keep in mind the role is mainly standing, only seated while on breaks or covering for the Concierge if they are away from the desk.)
Salary – £30,000-£31,700 per annum, depending on experience. The Assistant concierge & Doorperson is the very first member of staff that residents and their guests meet upon arrival.You will be responsible for welcoming and assisting residents and their guests as well as directing all deliveries and other users to the car park. You must do this with the highest level of efficiency and competence, while building a professional rapport with the residents, and maintaining an eye on the security of the scheme.
You will also be responsible for accepting all deliveries and coordinating their collection or delivery directly to apartments, signing in contractors and assisting other users of the rear entrance. Duties include: Greet everyone with a professional and sincere warm welcome, ensure a seamless transition into the reception Maintain impeccable standards of welcoming service; holding doors for guests, assisting with their luggage, calling for taxis and assisting with directions Deliver unparalleled level of service in an intuitive and bespoke manner and be an ambassador for the development Manage all incoming and outgoing deliveries Answers questions & assist clients with reasonable requests Ensure all residents receive fast, efficient and friendly serviceRequirements: Fluent in English Strong communication skills Flexible, confident and approachable Previous experience within a luxury fast paced environment Must have a Full Clean UK or EU driving licence, held for more than 2 years, over the age of 25 for insurance purposes.
