Compensation: From £25,500- £28,500 per annum regardless of age

We’ve got an exciting opportunity for you to join us as an assistant store manager. Find your place as a leader at Starbucks and help us build the brand’s future. Here your voice is brewed into everything we do. Working with your store supervisors, you’ll lead the shift, working with your team of baristas to create our Starbucks Experience for our customers with high quality service, beverages and products, whilst creating our third place environment.
To be successful in the role, you’ll have previous experience in leading a team in a dynamic retail or hospitality environment. You’ll champion our mission and values to create our Starbucks experience for our customers and partners. Working closely with your store manager, you’ll get to know your market and the competition to identify opportunities to drive store profitability and your business forward. You’ll be an ambassador for our partner networks, making sure our partners know, here they belong.

Given the nature of our stores, our working hours could include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
All our retail store partners begin their careers with us by undertaking an introductory training programme which are led by our amazing in store trainers and coaches and are designed to immerse you in the Starbucks culture and set you up for success. These training programmes are delivered in our stores and provide partners with the opportunity to learn on the job supported by their manager.
