Conrad Consulting are delighted to be working with a UK wide Architectural practice, seeking to appoint an Associate Architect as their Specialist Living lead, specializing in Later Living projects.

Their multidisciplinary team of architects, designers, and specialists deliver nationally significant projects from their regional UK studios. Offering their clients deep local knowledge and national expertise.
They value teamwork, excellence, and purpose-driven design. They now require an Associate Architect who shares these values to join their regional studio in Birmingham.
The role requires an enthusiasm for creating healthy homes and communities, working in tight-knit teams, and developing age-friendly living options. Proficiency in the use of Revit and a proven track record of delivering high-quality service are important. Previous experience in the Residential Sector is beneficial.
The role will be based in the Birmingham office but collaboration with other offices throughout the UK will be ongoing.
REQUIREMENTS OF THE ASSOCIATE ARCHITECT:
- Passion and experience in designing and delivering diverse projects.
- A desire to create and deliver exceptional buildings.
- Significant post-qualification experience.
- Experience in a design and delivery-focused practice.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team or independently.
- Excellent drawing and presentation skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships and work effectively with others.

- Salary in the region of 50,000- 55,000 but can be negotiable
