Your New Job Title:Mandarin speaking Relationship Manager

The Skills you’ll use each day:Mandarin and English fluent, Solid experience in sales or relationship management, with exposure to high-net-worth individuals

Your New Salary:Up to £100k+Commission/bonus (depending on the experience)

Working Style: Hybrid 3 days in the office 2 days at home

Working hours:10am-6pm

What you’ll be doing each day:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand business relationships, with a focus on Ultra High Net Worth individuals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their investment goals and providing personalized advice.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, particularly within the Far Eastern market.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized investment solutions for clients.
• Create a network and eco system of external advisors.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the firm.
• Risk management and effective control throughout the sales process

The skills you need to succeed:

• Fluent is both Mandarin and English.
• Solid professional experience in sales or relationship management, with exposure to high net worth individuals
• Some financial industryexperiencewould be preferred, however not essential
• Tertiary educated.
• Qualifications in the financial industry such as IMC, IAD, CFA, RDR Level 4/6 qualified will be considered positively.
• Ability to digest information, take instructions, ask questions, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders
• Display an inquisitive nature and possess sound problem solving skills
• Key qualities include: trustworthy, reliable, tenacious, resilient, thorough and excellent attention to details
• For experienced sales candidate, please present a business plan showcasing existing client base, revenue potential, future business pipeline, and business development strategy.
