We are currently working alongside leading Independent Boarding School in Kent. Our client is a highly-regarded independent boarding school with a strong academic focus. Year on year the school achieves top results in both the A Level and GCSE Exams, with pupils going on to top universities within the UK and Internationally. Our client is completely boarding and they are proud to have pupils from over 30 different countries.
Ahead of the new academic year. Our client is looking to appoint a Biology Teacher. The ideal Biology Teacher will be an experience teacher, or a subject specialist in Biology, Environmental Studies or a related field. The Biology Teacher will be responsible for delivering the GCSE and A Level Biology programmes to small classes of incredibly academic pupils, many of whom have aspirations of Medical School. The role of Biology Teacher is part-time, however there could be the opportunity for this role to become full-time. It is essential that the Biology Teacher must be engaging and able to teach Biology to a very high level. Experience within the Independent School sector is a desired pre-requisite for the role of Biology Teacher. However, the role of Biology Teacher is also well-suited to a PhD student looking for part-time work.
Salary will be competitive and dependent on the applicant’s experience as a Biology Teacher.
