Banham Academy is a prestigious educational institution committed to providing high-quality education and training programs for the Security and Fire industry. We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development and Compliance Officer for our Derby Academy to play a key role in driving business growth by promoting the benefits of apprenticeships and commercial programs to new and existing employers. What can you bring to Banham?

As an experienced business development professional, as well as having a passion for supporting apprentices through their apprenticeship, this will enable you to:

  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Provide operational support to the Apprenticeship Manager
  • Maintain relationships with employers
  • Grow apprenticeship recruitment
  • Conduct online quarterly progress reviews with learners & their employers
  • Invigilate exams for small groups
  • Induct new learners and provide Initial Advice and Guidance – we are Matrix accredited
  • Maintain accurate and timely student data in line with GDPR
  • Answer enquiries & general administration
