The Business Development team are a front-line team, looking to convert as many prospective/cold leads and their efforts are instrumental in the growth of this thriving business. Through targeted outreach, strategic follow-ups, and personalised engagement, the Business Development team strives to turn every lead into a satisfied and loyal client.

This is a full-time office-based position, and the hours of work are 08:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities for Business Development Executive

• Developing and growing sales across the UK region.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identifying new business opportunities, partnerships, affiliates and markets.
• Providing product knowledge and support to prospective and existing clients.
• Working closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure sales strategies align with overall business goals.
• Managing sales pipelines, reporting progress, and meeting targets.
• Contributing ideas and strategies for regional sales development.

Skills and Experience required for Business Development Executive

• Previous experience in regional sales, account management, or business development is essential.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and trustworthy.
• Strong sales and business development skills with a proven track record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule.
• Willing to learn and grow with the business.
