Key Responsibilities:- Engage with customers professionally, understanding their needs and assisting in finding the perfect vehicle.- Conduct thorough vehicle demonstrations and test drives.- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.- Utilise strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure customer commitment.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the automotive industry.- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring satisfaction and building long-lasting relationships.- Efficiently manage customer inquiries and follow up on leads.
Required Skills:- Previous automotive sales experience preferred.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.- Passionate about the motor industry and staying up-to-date with industry trends.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Detail-oriented and highly organised.- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
