We’re recruiting a Chartered Building Surveyor on behalf of a dynamic, independent practice? If you are MRICS Surveyor who thrives on the tackling diverse projects and delivering core building pathology across residential, industrial, and commercial sectors, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

Who you are joining:

A small but expanding firm of traditional Building Surveyors located in central East Anglia. Dedicated to providing clients a comprehensive range of services. From construction and design to project management, party wall expertise, dilapidations, and expert witness work, they offer in-depth knowledge and proven experience. Utilising cutting-edge technology with traditional techniques to deliver cost-effective solutions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and manage diverse building surveying projects across residential, industrial, and commercial sectors.
  • Conduct full building and structural surveys, providing expert advice and reports.
  • Offer expertise in construction, design, project management, party walls, dilapidations, and expert witness work.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met at every stage.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the team.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Chartered Building Surveyor with 5+ years of post-qualification experience.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery on time and within budget.
  • Excellent technical knowledge and strong analytical skills.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ideally based in East Anglia with willingness to travel to London and the Home Counties.
  • Essex-based candidates welcome, with hybrid working arrangement (2 days in office, 3 days remote).
