A Central London-based consultancy firm is currently seeking an experienced and strategic-minded CFO to join their team on a part-time basis. Operating 2-3 days per week, this role presents a unique opportunity to lead the transition of currently outsourced finance functions in-house, while also influencing broader commercial strategy. The day rate is 700- 1000, and the initial contract is on a consultancy basis.

The Role

As a Part-Time/Fractional CFO, you will:

• Oversee the transition of outsourced finance functions to an in-house team.

• Provide insights into partnership incentives, pay structures, and financing strategies.
• Lead restructuring efforts to accommodate the in-house finance team.
• Set meeting structures, ensuring effective communication within the organization.

Requirements and Skills
